DVN Purpose is a women-owned collective of care specialists, led by founder and Executive Care Manager Zimonna S. Crawford. Together, our team brings decades of experience in senior care, childcare, and family support grounded in faith, compassion, and practical expertise.

Zimonna is the founder and Executive Care Manager of DVN Purpose Family Solutions. With over 30 years of combined experience in healthcare, caregiving, and ministry, she is devoted to helping families feel seen, supported, and never alone as they navigate care for seniors and children.

Senior Care Manager
Hermoine is a Senior Care Manager and leader in geriatric coordination and family advocacy. She partners closely with families and providers to design care that protects safety, honors dignity, and supports aging in place.
